Our experienced team is derived from General Practice and includes GPs, Practice Managers, IT support,
Change Consultants and GP Financial and Efficiency Specialists.
We also work closely with CCG’s, NHSE and Public Health to bring integrated services in to
Practices for the benefit of patients and the community.
We have the skills and knowledge to help, whether we are working to revitalise an individual Practice,
supporting development of a Super-Partnership or helping to build a sustainable PCN.
I recently was involved in delivering change facilitation support to a GP practice in the South West of England and had the pleasure of working with Sarah Pearce and Jo Cummings.
I found Sarah and Jo were very approachable and easy to work with. I particularly liked their open engaging personal styles and their clear commitment to improvement
