Our experienced team is derived from General Practice and includes GPs, Practice Managers, IT support,
Process and Efficiency Specialists.
We also work closely with CCG’s, NHSE and Public Health to bring integrated services in to
Practices for the benefit of patients and the community.
We have the skills and knowledge to help, whether we are working to revitalise an individual Practice or helping to introduce and develop new roles in to every day General Practice.
I recently was involved in delivering change facilitation support to a GP practice in the South West of England and had the pleasure of working with Sarah Pearce and Jo Cummings.

Jo is a qualified GP and has been working in Primary Care for the last 20 years both in the UK and Australia. For the last 10 years she has been in clinical lead roles including the Clinical Lead for Complex Care Hub in the South Somerset Vanguard- The Symphony Project. She has been working in the consultancy as Clinical Director since 2017 alongside continuing to practice as a regular GP Locum.
Jo has an extensive knowledge of both the clinical and non-clinical aspects of general practice having set up and rescued several practices. She
has been at the forefront of designing services in primary care and implementing new models of care. She brings leadership skills
and innovation to any project alongside an understanding of
team change management.
Jo also spent 18 months working as a National Clinical Leader for Collaborative Care and Supportive Planning at the Royal College
of General Practitioners UK from 2016-2017. She was a co-author on
the RCGP paper ‘Collaborative Care and Supportive Planning-
Ready to be a Reality’ and helped develop a General Practice
Toolkit to support care planning.
Sarah has worked in Primary Care for 19 years and has vast knowledge of all the operational processes of running a busy GP Practice having had various roles such as receptionist, IT Lead, Reception Manager and Practice Manager.
In 2017 she became a Consultant supporting Practices with transformation, change management, back office redesign and efficiency processes to free up capacity and find time to improve patient outcomes. Her expertise lies in the implementation of new initiatives such as Tier-based Care, eConsulting and Group consultations into every day General Practice.
