Our experienced team is derived from General Practice background and includes clinicians and practice managers with a wealth of experience and knowledge.
We have a history of working closely with ICBs, NHSE and Public Health to bring integrated services in to
practices for the benefit of patients and the community. We also have worked alongside secondary and community care to develop services across healthcare.

Jo is a qualified GP and has been working in Primary Care for over 20 years both in the UK and Australia. For the last 10 years she has been in clinical lead roles including the Clinical Lead for Complex Care Hub in the South Somerset Vanguard- The Symphony Project. She has been working in the consultancy as Clinical Director since 2017.
Jo has an extensive knowledge of both the clinical and non-clinical aspects of general practice having set up and rescued GP practices across England.
She has been at the forefront of redesigning services in primary care and implementing new models of care. She brings leadership skills and innovation to any project alongside an understanding of team change management.

Emma has a background in critical care, and is currently practising as an advanced nurse practitioner in general practice. She is passionate about robust clinical governance and quality improvement within healthcare, specifically primary care and private healthcare. She enjoys complex projects, change management and improving services. Highlighting the needs of various demographics and promoting safeguarding the vulnerable. She has both innate and learnt leadership skills in addition to advanced clinical practice, governance and quality assurance.

Helen has been qualified as nurse for 35 year.
She spent over 20 years working in Emergency Care alongside working as a clinical educator and resuscitation officer.
She has completed her Msc in Advanced Practice and works as an Advanced Practitioner in both Urgent and Primary Care.
She has undertaken management roles and been involved in the development of a UTC and change management within GP practices and Walk in centres
